JustAir laser exhaust systems

Together with our extractor specialists, we provide you with a custom-fit laser extractor for your JustLaser Laser Engraver and Laser Cutter. The extraction system, made in Germany, ensures your laser machines operate cleanly. The powerful extractors ensure that smoke and fumes produced during the laser process are constantly and consistently filtered out.

Benefit from the combination of a JustLaser laser engraver and a JustAir Laser Extractor! The extractor is automatically turned on and off and the filter status is consistently checked by the laser software controlling the laser extractor. You’ll automatically find out when you need to swap out your filter.

The JustAir Base Laser Extractor is a compact substructure/table extractor, which represents an ideal addition to your JustLaser 6.4 laser engraver.

An extensive filter bag separates the coarse particles. The air is then passed through an H13 particulate air filter (separation efficiency greater than 99.95%) where the last fine fumes and dusts are separated.

As the final stage of filtering, the JustAir Base Laser Extractor is equipped with an additional carbon filter. The casing is a solid steel sheet construction and is powder coated on both the inside and the outside.

The extraction system has the Control Unit 3 for controlling its internal parameters. Every function can be called up using the integrated display with membrane keypad.

The system is equipped with a powerful turbine and continuous speed control for setting the suction power. The operating status of the system can be read off the display. A SUB-D9 coupling for connecting external devices, as well as additional inputs and outputs like filter full, alarm, external start/stop, increase or reduce suction power are all included in delivery.

The combination of a JustLaser laser engraver and a JustAir laser extractor make it particularly easy to use as the laser software switches the extractor on and off automatically and shows when the filter needs to be changed.

The JustAir Mini laser exhaust system unit is a compact suction unit that is the ideal complement for your JustMark laser marker.

The system is equipped with a powerful turbine and a stepless speed control for adjusting the exhaust power. The operating states of the system can be read on the display. A SUB-D9 coupling for connection of external devices as well as additional inputs and outputs such as filter full, alarm, external start/stop, increase or decrease suction power are included.

The JustAir Smart Laser Exhaust system is the compact extractor solution for extracting process dust through the storage filter the laser engraver JustLaser 7.5. You’re very well equipped for robust operating conditions thanks to the steel sheet construction with powder coating throughout. High-quality metal fasteners on the device make it possible to change the filter quickly.

The filter system is fitted with preliminary filter mats in a metal frame. Coarse dirt is filtered out here. Then comes the particulate air filter (H13), which is then followed by a carbon filter. That’s where the gases and odours are finally absorbed.

At the rear of the system is the outlet grille, through which cleaned air is fed back into the room. The integrated system control unit with a clear text display and a membrane keypad ensures the simplest operation and includes infinitely-variable speed control for adjusting the suction power. Automatic filter monitoring informs the operator when a filter needs to be changed.

For larger quantities of process dust, which can occur in wood or acrylic applications, for example, the JustAir Pro Plus comes into its own.
